Service

BoundaryAI provides a deterministic policy engine that evaluates and decides on actions submitted via our APIs and SDKs. Availability, eval limits, and support response targets vary by plan.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to facilitate illegal activity, circumvent the safety controls of third-party services, or attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or train models on the engine's internal policy logic.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process it under our Privacy Policy and any executed DPA / BAA. We do not train models on customer data.

Fees

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Overage on eval limits is billed per the rate card; you can cap or alert in workspace settings.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination, you can export workspace data for 30 days.

Governing law

Delaware, USA, unless an order form specifies otherwise.
